Long break- plan for improvement

I promised to myself and those of you who will ever follow me, to post at least once a week on my blog and I failed. Today it's exactly one month since I made an update here. However, I have to admit that March was/ and still is very busy.

The reason for my laziness lies on... languages. Somehow I've ended up having 4 languages at the same time. I am preparing for my TOEFL test in English, going to danish course- twice a week, teaching some Norwegian- also twice a week and once a week speaking my own language. It feels like my head is just boiling. In addition I was totally absorbed about job search and recently I work on my motivation letter for the university, so unfortunately there was not much time left for the photography.

However, during that time I came to realisation about few facts about my creative development:
  1. Have a theme: let's say a color green- try to find some objects in that color on you photo walk.
  2. Network: find the photography evening classes or an active photo club and participate in the meetings (more then you do right now).
  3. Be technical: invest in better equipment (if possible).
  4. Learn more about editing programs.
  5. Promote your web side: be active on other blogs, give your visit card to the photographed people.
  6. Show your photos to some local bars, cafeterias, companies: who knows.
  7. Participate in photo competitions.
